POLICIES - Our policies were developed through our experience, to create a respectful environment for our employees and our clients.
1. Late policy, if you are more than five minutes late for your first appointment, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
2. No shows - For Groupon on Living Social Clients - your voucher will be forfeited for no show appointments. For all other clients, the cost for a no-show is the same price and the session you have booked. If Groupon has a different policy, then they have changed the details of our contract without our permission; our policies will be honoured for our time and in our space.
3. Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance, if you haven't cancelled within that time frame, then you will be charged as though you attended your service. Groupon vouchers will be redeemed. 4. Scent Free Space - Please do not wear perfume or other body sprays to your appointment as we have people who have serious allergies to colognes and perfumes. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment in the event that this happens. Some of our clients and our practitioners have serious allergies.
5. Drinking and Drug Use - We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or refuse services to anyone that has been drinking or using medical marijuana or recreational drugs. This includes yoga classes, workshops and healing sessions. No exceptions
6. No Abuse Policy - we do not accept abusive communication or behavior from anyone - you will be asked to leave and all services will be discontinued. We define abuse as abusing our space, our time or any of our policies.
7. Sickness/Colds and Flu - Due to the severity of some airborne diseases, we ask that if you are ill from the flu/colds or anything that could be contagious, please contact us to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible when you are feeling better.
8. Groupon/Living Social Vouchers - are for first time clients only as per details of the deal - if you have purchased a voucher but have already been here, we are happy to put the money that you spent towards the vouchers $49.00 each towards a regular priced identical service $98.00 - the difference is $49.00. You may also gift them out. These vouchers may not be combined, they are not transferable to other services or businesses. For all Groupon/Living Social Vouchers, the expiry date is 1 year from the date of purchase. If you use an expired voucher for a service, the amount you paid towards your voucher will be reduced from the regular price and the difference will be payable the day of your service.

10. No cell phones - Due to sensitivity to electromagnetic static and the way they affect electrical equipment, please power your cell phone off before entering our space, we promise you will find a good connection here.
